Returns Policy

You are entitled to change or cancel your order and return your order up to 1 month from the date of delivery for a refund less the cost of shipping the goods to you initially. Goods must be returned in their original condition and their original packaging.

To do this, contact us through our email and state whether you intend to post the items to us or bring the items back yourself to our warehouse/fulfilment partners (see contact information below). If you are posting the items, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. Shipping for returns is paid by the customer.

Once the product has been received by us, we will issue a refund within 5 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault, e.g. if goods are faulty. In such a case a replacement or refund can be issued.

Used Products

We will not accept returns if there is evidence the item has been used. No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective, and you are returning it for this reason.
